(Richmond – Dentistry)

Dr. Sam Babbitt received his DVM from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. He completed a residency in Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery from 2014-2017 at the Animal Dental Center in Towson, MD. Dr. Babbitt owned and operated private veterinary practices for many years after completing his DVM, and during that time, he developed a passion for dentistry and oral surgery that still drives him today.

Dr. Babbitt became a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College in 2018. He has taught at the Animal Dental Training Center in Baltimore and has spoken at regional and national conferences, including the Veterinary Dental Forum. His articles have been published in the Journal of Veterinary Dentistry and the Journal of the Veterinary Medical Association.
